Schedule Date
You will need to schedule your move-in date at least 7 days in advance from start date of lease.

Parking Pass
On street parking passes can be bought at City of Greenville Town Hall for $5 a year.

Prior to Receiving Keys
Prior to receiving your keys, you will need to complete the checklist below.
Prior to receiving your keys, you will need to do the following:
Utilities Account
Set up an account through Greenville Utilities 252-752-7166 for all utility services, including water, sewer, power, gas, and trash.
Payment
Make payment for the first months rent and any pet fee, where applicable.
Internet Account
Set up an account through Suddenlink for any cable/internet services that you may want. Contact us for a direct line for a local rep.
