Homes in “The Grid” begin being shown early in the ECU Fall semester and get leased quickly, so make sure to get started early! Step 2: Set Up a Tour
Set up a tour with us via text, phone call, or email!
Step 3: Apply
After you have decided on a home and toured it, every roommate must submit an application along with reservation fee in order for us to remove the house from the market and hold it for you to rent.
Step 4: Sign Lease and Parental Guarantee Form!
Within 30 days from submitting reservation fee and application, all tenants must sign the lease, pay move-in fee and refundable security deposit, and submit signed parental guarantee.
